We pride ourselves on not operating like the typical Interior Designer (ID) in Singapore, who

​

  • Takes on the role of main contractor and hands over a sterile house devoid of furniture or soft furnishings upon renovation completion

  • Offers little design input, beyond acting as project manager and overseeing a team of sub-contractors - oftentimes, the client self-selects the construction finishes, and the ID merely ensures the chosen options are executed to order, with little thought given overall design cohesion

  • Leaves you to purchase furniture and soft furnishing such as curtains and rugs - you yourself have to ensure everything comes together in an aesthetically pleasing and functional way

  • Recommends unnecessary and costly custom built-ins to prop up their margins 


Also, unlike some IDs who procure furniture on your behalf and base their fees on a percentage of your furniture budget, we are not incentivised to recommend pricey items - our on-site interior decorating fees go by a "per room" basis, with furniture shipping fees billed at a flat rate of S$150 per cubic metre.   • Tile & surfaces selection and layout

After initial meetings to confirm the schedule of works, we will collaborate with your selected contractor, attending regular site meetings to ensure the designs are executed to specifications, and the project is progressing as planned. You will be updated throughout this process, and can look forward to the realisation of your dream home with peace of mind.
